Q: Why can't my device connect to 2.4G WiFi?
A: This is a ZigBee device, it can't connect WIFI signal directly, but require a Tuya ZigBee gateway as hub to work, please make sure you have a Tuya ZigBee gateway to work with this item.

Q: Is it ZigBee 3.0 standard Item?
A: No. It's Tuya ZigBee device, not with ZigBee 3.0. Standard, so it can only work with Tuya ZigBee Gateway.

Q: Is this device compatible with HomeAssistant?
A: No, it's not compatible. You need configure it with ZigBee2MQTT first, then it can work with Home Assistant. If you don't know how to configure it, please use the Tuya Smart or Smart Life APP.

Q&A

Q : After I configure it with App , why App shows 'shutdown' ?
A : Only if you put a device's wire (either live wire or neutral wire, not both) in the clamp, and turn on the device, then the clamp can sense the current, and App will show it is working

Q : I suppose P= U*I, why the value shows on App is not correct ?
A : Please consider the cos(Φ).
Because As resistances do not produce any phasor difference (phase shift) between voltage and current waveforms, all the useful power is delivered directly to the resistance and converted to heat, light and work. Then the power consumed by a resistance is real power which is fundamentally the circuits average power.
To find the corresponding value of the real power the rms voltage and current values are multiplied by the cosine of the phase angle, Φ as shown.
Real Power P = I2R = V*I*cos(Φ) Watts, (W)
